Uncle Bob'S Barbecue Chicken Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 egg
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Preparation

Mix with fork the oil, vinegar and egg.
Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Apply to chicken occasionally as you barbecue. Makes enough for 2 chickens.
