Cover and bake 40 minutes or cook on low heat in crock-pot 2 to 3 hours.
Rub chicken with butter and salt.
Pour drippings over chicken as it bakes.

Bake a 2 to 2 1/2 pound chicken for 1 1/4 hours, a 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken for 1 1/2 hours and for a 3 to 4 pound chicken 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Brown steak and ground beef in skillet.
Drain and return to skillet.
Add onions, chilies and seasonings stir until well blended.
add sauce and simmer on low for 10 to15 minute.
Heat or fry tortillas according to directions on package.
Fill shells with meat filling and toppings.
