Cook the unpeeled potatoes and green beans separately in salted water 'til slightly fork-tender. I use the microwave. Or you can steam them. The green beans cook faster than the potatoes will.
Drain well and let set in the cooking pan with a lid on for about 4 minutes.
Pour the potatoes and beans into a large bowl.
To the potatoes, add the butter and sea salt and gently toss together.
Pile into a serving bowl and serve.
OPTION: Sprinkle with grated Parmasan cheese or crispy, crumbled bacon.

Scrub potatoes, chop into halves or quarters, depending on size of potato; place in casserole dish.
Cut butter into pats; place randomly around top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Sprinkle with garlic.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Stir; cover; continue baking at 375 for about an hour, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring a couple more times during baking.
Scrub potatoes.
Cut each potato in half and place in bowl.
(If they are really small, leave whole).
Toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons oil and half of the salt.
Wrap potatoes in tin foil packet and grill for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Remove from grill and empty packet into bowl.
Add garlic, pepper, half of the mint, remaining oil and salt.
Toss well to coat.
Sprinkle with remainder of mint and serve.

You can peel if desired.
Mix Italian dressing with melted butter and pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 until done, or cook 30 minutes in microwave.
Cook frozen English peas according to directions; drain.
Cook peeled white potatoes until tender; drain.
Mix English peas and new potatoes.
Cover with half and half cream.
Place oil and margarine in skillet, then add potatoes.
Place other ingredients in with potatoes.
Let cook slowly.
Stir in cheese last.
Add water if needed, stirring to keep ingredients from sticking.
Then cook until done (cover skillet with lid while cooking).

Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Cover with water and boil until tender. Add 1/2 stick butter and serve hot.
