Smoked Sausage, Onions And White Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, chopped fine
4 medium white potatoes
Preparation

In a pot,
cover the cut sausage and onions with water; boil for 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4 to 7.
A delicious quick winter meal.
