Combine butter and next 5 ingredients.
Pour butter mixture over potatoes, stirring to coat well.
Place potatoes in baking pan.
Sprinkle onions over the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12 people.

Rosemary Red Potatoes

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes, butter, rosemary, onion and salt. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 min. Stir to coat with melted butter then re-cover and cook for 5 mins. Stir again and cook for an additional 5-6 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
Preheat broiler with an oven rack 6 inches below broiler. Arrange potato mixture on a baking sheet, cut-side up, and broil for 3 mins, or until potatoes are golden. Season with pepper, if desired.

Toss potatoes, oil, and rosemary on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread out potatoes in a single layer, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast, stirring once halfway through cooking, until potatoes are golden brown and crisp outside and tender inside (about 30 minutes).

Wash and scrub potatoes.
Fill medium to large saucepan with water and add salt to water until salt will no longer dissolve and lays at bottom(If you don't measure, this is the easiest way).
Bring water to steady boil and add potatoes.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer until tender(When knife or fork stabs easily, 25-40 minutes depending on potatoes).
Drain potatoes.
Toss in serving dish with melted butter or olive oil and add whatever you have on hand to taste -- pepper, parmesan or garlic. Enjoy!

Add rosemary and Nature's Seasoning (other all-purpose seasonings can be substituted. Add salt if the seasoning does not include it).
Roast the potatoes until they are brown and crispy.
For crispier potatoes, chop the potatoes and onions to a smaller size.
