Rosemary Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

28 oz baby red potatoes, halved
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 None small onion, sliced
1 tsp sea salt
Preparation

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes, butter, rosemary, onion and salt. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 min. Stir to coat with melted butter then re-cover and cook for 5 mins. Stir again and cook for an additional 5-6 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
Preheat broiler with an oven rack 6 inches below broiler. Arrange potato mixture on a baking sheet, cut-side up, and broil for 3 mins, or until potatoes are golden. Season with pepper, if desired.
