Cut crab legs into 2-1/2 to 3 inch pieces. If desired, remove crab meat from shells and cut into bite-sized pieces for easier serving; return to shells. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over crab. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes; brush occasionally with sauce. Makes 2 main-dish servings or appetizer servings.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
In 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons bacon fat.
Add onion, garlic, basil, oregano and peppers.

Preheat oven to 450F and lightly spritz a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush salmon with oil and place in heated skillet and cook, uncovered, about 3 to 4 minutes, until browned. Shake pan occasionally to keep salmon from sticking.
Turn salmon over and sprinkle with the seafood seasoning. Cover pan tightly and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 2 minutes; add the wine and butter.

Steamed Black Alaska Cod

Place the fish, skin side down in it top part of the steamer Steamer pot (like a double boiler but with an insert with holes to allow the steam to come through or a Chinese steamer basket).
Pour Beer/water into the bottom half.
Bring to a boil& steam the fish until it flakes apprx 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet.
When coked remove the skin& bones.

Alaska Crab Quiche

Thaw and drain crab.
Beat together eggs, half and half and seasonings.
Place mushrooms and crab in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese.
Add egg mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm.

Sauteed Alaska Pollock

Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper.
In separate dish, beat egg and water together.
Dip pollock in seasoned flour, then egg mixture, then in seasoned flour again.
Saute in oil over medium heat about 5 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and pollock flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedge.
Makes 4 servings.

Hot Alaska Salmon Melts

Drain salmon; break into large chunks.
Add mayonnaise, parsley, onion, pimiento, lemon juice and pepper.
Toss gently to mix.
Fold in 1/2 cup cheese.
Spread about 1/4 cup mixture on each slice of bread.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over salmon mixture.
Broil about 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
