Cheesecake:
Combine 1st 3 ingredients;

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the combined sugar and cornstarch.
Beat in egg, then vanilla and heavy cream.
Pour into a well-greased 7-inch pan with graham cracker or zwieback crust on bottom of pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Cool for about 3 hours, then refrigerate until 15 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set.
Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool, then chill. Top with pie filling.
Makes one 9-inch cheesecake.
Wash and clean veggies.
Peel carrot, zucchini and squash. Julienne all veggies (cut lengthwise into 1/4 x 1/4 x 7-inch long strips).
In a large frying pan, cover bottom with olive oil (I only use virgin olive oil).
Heat and when hot, add veggies. Stir-fry for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Cover for a few minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.

In blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, garlic and salt.
Spread 1 tablespoon sauce mixture over tortillas.
Top with cheese, seafood and remaining green onions.
Spoon remaining taco sauce mix in greased 12 x 7-inch baking pan.
Roll up tortillas and place seam side down.
Pour cottage cheese over mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with reserved green onions and olives.

Drain fat and add refried beans.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, V-8 juice and water.
Bring to a boil and pour over burritos and top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese melts and sauce bubbles (20 to 30 minutes).
