Junior'S Famous Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. plus 14 oz. cream cheese (room temperature makes it easier)
    1 extra large egg
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    7/8 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add the combined sugar and cornstarch.
    Beat in egg, then vanilla and heavy cream.
    Pour into a well-greased 7-inch pan with graham cracker or zwieback crust on bottom of pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
    Cool for about 3 hours, then refrigerate until 15 minutes before serving.
