Mix Wheaties and eggs together, wetting all of the Wheaties. Add pepper.

This makes a large amount.
Roll in balls the size of a quarter and place on greased cookie sheet.
Dough will be stiff.
Cream shortening and sugars.
Add eggs, vanilla, flour, coconut, Wheaties and leavening agents.
Make walnut-size balls. Roll in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 6 minutes, or golden brown on a greased pan.

Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Add coconut and Wheaties last.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, garlic powder, 1/2 of Wheaties and butter.
Pour into casserole.
Top with remaining 1/2 Wheaties and 1/2 Cheddar cheese.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.

Mix milk and bread crumbs. Gently stir in crabmeat and diced egg whites. Blend in remaining ingredients except Wheaties. Place into buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Wheaties or bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.

Bake at 350\u00b0F for approximately 8 minutes or until very light brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
Grease 3 or 4 quart ring mold with Crisco.
Pour Wheaties into bottom of mold.
Fold cake mixture on top of Wheaties and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a pan of water.
Let cool.
