Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can flaked, cooked crabmeat
    3 hard-cooked egg whites, diced
    3 hard-cooked egg yolks, mashed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    Wheaties or buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix milk and bread crumbs. Gently stir in crabmeat and diced egg whites. Blend in remaining ingredients except Wheaties. Place into buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Wheaties or bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
