Vodka Cocktails With Blueberry Ice

Lavender Scented And Infused Vodka

Pour one bottle of vodka over a bunch of fresh lavender - I keep old and decorative bottles for this purpose! (Kilner jars are also good for this).
Add the orange peel if using.

Lemon Vodka

In a saucepan, bring the juice, zest and sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Cool.
In a bottle or a sealed glass container, combine the syrup and vodka. Allow to infuse in a dark area for 7 or more days.
Place a coffee filter in a strainer and filter the alcohol.
Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
Delicious after a winter activity. This lemon vodka is served in shot glass, in cocktails and martinis.

Raspberry Cocktails

Heat raspberries in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Strain and leave puree to cool. Meanwhile, put 2 tbsp lemon juice on one plate and the sugar on another. Dip the rims of 2 glasses in the lemon juice, then press rims in the sugar.
Put raspberry puree, grenadine, vodka, cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, milk and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker or blender. When thoroughly combined, strain through a sieve into the prepared glasses. Decorate with a few drops of grenadine and serve.

His-N-Hers Cocktails

Stir in Grand Marnier and lime juice. Place 1 cup satsuma mixture in a martini shaker with 1/2 cup crushed ice; shake. Strain mixture into 2 martini glasses. Repeat procedure to yield 10 cocktails.

Wash the blueberries thoroughly and add them to a food processor, along with the honey, lavender, coconut water and lime juice. Pulse or blend together until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a jug and add the vodka. Mix well before serving.
When ready to serve, add the frozen blueberries.

Pomegranate And Lime Cocktails

Combine sugar and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes or just until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool.
Combine sugar syrup, club soda, pomegranate juice, vodka, and lime juice. Place crushed ice in a martini shaker; add about 3/4 cup pomegranate mixture. Cover and shake. Strain into a glass. Garnish with lime slice, if desired. Repeat procedure with remaining pomegranate mixture.
