Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with Lemon Sauce (recipe follows).

NOTES: For a thick smoothie, use 1/4 cup orange juice. To thin, just add a little more to get the consistency you like. Also, you do need to use a ripe mango. A not-quite-ripe firm one will not yield a very smooth smoothie!

Run machine on variable speed #1, quickly increase to #10, then switch to high.
Allow machine to run 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and a dust of cinnamon if desired.
Blend all ingredients well. If you have a very powerful blender, such as the Vitamix, you can simply blend for one minute. If you have a standard blender, blend for one minute, stop, push any stray spinach down into the smoothie mixture, then blend for another 2 minutes, or until smooth.
