MEATLOAF:
Combine all meatloaf ingredients except the milk in
Tip 1: Meatloaf is dry and crumbly if
Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Best to mix together with your fingers. Mix together last 3 ingredients for sauce in a separate small bowl.
Add mixture to a non-stick loaf pan
Make a small trough in the middle of the meatloaf to later allow the sauce to fill into.
Bake covered with tin foil in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. After 1 hour drain meatloaf of any juice.
Add sauce at this time, and cook for another 15 minutes uncovered.
Best served with mashed potatoes.
Keep 1 cup of the flour out to use this flour to roll out dough with.
Combine lard,flour,baking powder,salt.
In a cup with fork slightly beat egg, vinegar and cold water to make up 1 cup of ingredients
Add egg, water and vinegar to flour mixture form a ball.
Do not overwork dough.
Please, refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour or 24 hrs {this freezes very well} before using for the best result.
Bake at 400 Degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350 until pastry is golden brown!

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Put meat, french fried onions, and stuffing in bowl. Mix eggs, ketchup, and ranch dressing together separately (easier this way), then dump over other ingredients (meat, stuffing, onions). Mix all together. Shape into loaf (or whatever shape you want) and put on a cookie sheet. (Helps to line cookie sheet with tin foil first- easier clean up). Cover loosely with tin foil and bake 50-60 minutes. Remove foil and top with ketchup, or any topping sauce you like, for the last ten minutes.

For homemade mayonaise - in a glass bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and other ingredients (except the oil). Starting very slowly (just a drop at a time) whisk the oil into the egg yolk mixture. Once an emulsion forms you can increase the oil to a thin stream. Continue whisking in the oil until it is all incorporated. Can be refrigerated up to one week.
Combine chicken with enough mayonnaise to moisten (according to taste). Fold in the celery, scallions and herbs. Season with salt and lots of pepper.
For the Meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients
Heat oil and cook onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and thyme and cook 1 minute more; set aside.
Combine milk, egg, and ketchup. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Crumble in meats and add onion mixture. Stir until well combined.
Freeze meat into loaves, using foil and plastic wrap method.
On serving day, thaw loaf and place in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
If desired poor 1/2 cup ketchup mixed with brown sugar over meatloaf during the last half hour of baking.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix ground beef with water and milk in a large bowl using your hands until beef is evenly moistened.
Mix bread crumbs, onion, carrot, apple, and egg into the beef mixture until evenly integrated.
Form the beef mixture into a loaf.
Transfer the meatloaf to a deep baking dish; tent with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.
Dip each slice of meatloaf into the egg and barbecue mixture and then into the cheez-Its.
Fry them in a hot skillet with the vegetable oil.
Cook on each side, approximately 3 minutes, until browned on each side, and hot all the way through.
