Pour the pineapple over any flavor Jell-O.
Stir until Jell-O is melted.
Add cottage cheese.
Stir until blended, then blend in the whipped topping.
Stir until completely mixed.
Pour into any container with a lid and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Keeps good.
Serves 10 to 12.
Follow directions on package of Jell-O.
Wash berries and slice thin into Jell-O.
Set in refrigerator until firm.
Top with diet topping.

Military Diet Day 1.
Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit.
1 slice of toast.
2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
1 cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine).
Lunch:
1/2 cup of tuna.
1 slice of toast.
1 cup coffee or tea (with caffeine).
Dinner:
3 ounces of any type of meat.
1 cup of green beans.
1/2 banana.
1 small apple.
1 cup of vanilla froyo.
Stir in Faygo, Jell-O and cornstarch and bring to a boil until Jell-O dissolves.
Cool it.
Put strawberries in 9-inch pie pan. Pour sauce over berries.
Store in refrigerator.
Boil water, Jell-O and cream cheese together.
Remove from heat and beat with mixer until cheese melts.
Add ice cubes.
Beat whipping cream with mixer until firm.
Add Equal and almond extract.
Continue beating.
Pour into dish and chill until firmly set.
Bring water to boil; remove from heat.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Add crushed strawberries; refrigerate until partially jelled.
Break the cake into small pieces.
Add to mixture; pour in tube pan that has been sprayed with Pam and press and chill.
Can eat with whipped cream.
Mix together the sugar-free lemon Jell-O and boiling water. Put juice of 1 lemon in measuring cup. Fill up with cold water to make 3/4 cup. Add this to the Jell-O mixture. Chill mixture until it starts to jell.
Mix yogurt and Cool Whip together.
Whip this mixture with partially jelled Jell-O mixture.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square cake pan and chill until firm.
Add the boiling water to the Jell-O.
Set aside to cool.
Whip the very cold evaporated milk and lemon juice until firm.
Slowly add the Jell-O mixture to the milk, continuing to whip.
When well mixed, place in dish and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Drain the oranges; combine with other ingredients except Jell-O.
Sprinkle dry Jell-O over the mixture.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Make Jell-O according to package directions minus 1/2 cup water.
Refrigerate.
When Jell-O is almost set, add cranberry-orange relish, crushed pineapple and pecans.
Stir several times before completely set.
Serves about 15.
Mix orange Jell-O with cottage cheese.
(Do not use according to directions on Jell-O box.)
Add Cool Whip.
Mix well.
Add drained pineapple and orange sections; fold in until well mixed. Mold and refrigerate until firmly set.
Mix Jell-O and hot water and let cool until starting to gel. Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese.
Add Jell-O; blend.
Add Cool Whip.
Blend.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
In large bowl, place Cool Whip and pineapple.
Mix well. Sprinkle dry Jell-O over.
Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Any Jell-O is good. I have tried them all.
Mix water with Jell-O.
Mix in fruit and chill.
Cook juice, sugar, flour and eggs until thick.
Mix cream cheese well.
Cool. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over cold Jell-O.
Let Jell-O gel slightly.
Add yogurt and Cool Whip.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Break up cake.
Put in 13 x 16-inch pan.
Put mashed berries over cake.
Boil 1 1/2 cups water.
Put in Jell-O and mix.
Mix Jell-O and Cool Whip.
Pour over cake.
Put more Cool Whip on top. Keep in refrigerator.

In a blender mix cottage cheese, Equal and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
In 1/4 cup boiling water dissolve Jell-O and add lemon juice.
Stir until well dissolved and set aside to cool.
Mix cheese, oranges, pineapple and dry Jell-O together with Cool Whip.
(Make sure the pineapple and oranges are drained before adding to mixture.)
Serves great as a snack with crackers!
