Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 small pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (fruit flavor)
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Add the boiling water to the Jell-O.
Set aside to cool.
Whip the very cold evaporated milk and lemon juice until firm.
Slowly add the Jell-O mixture to the milk, continuing to whip.
When well mixed, place in dish and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
