Grease 9 x 13 baking pan with oleo. Layer broccoli cuts on bottom. Mix together chicken soup, curry powder, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add to this mixture the cut up chicken or turkey. (Great recipe for leftover turkey.) Pour chicken (turkey) mixture over broccoli and spread out evenly. Mix together shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Evenly distribute this mixture over top. Put dabs of oleo on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
In a large skillet, saute onions in 1 tablespoon of butter until tender; remove and set aside.
Spread barbecue sauce on four slices of bread.
Layer each with one slice of cheese, 2 slices of Canadian bacon and turkey, pickles, onions, and top of with another slice of cheese.
Cover with remaining slices of bread.
In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt remaining butter as needed.
Cook sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery; cook and stir until starting to brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add turkey; season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir until turkey is starting to brown, 5 to 8 minutes.
Pour white wine into the pot and scrape any browned bits off the bottom with a wooden spoon. Stir in tomatoes, hot water, and ketchup. Simmer until flavors combine, about 30 minutes.
Mix Gravy Mix, flour and sage in large saucepan. Gradually stir in apple juice, turkey drippings and water with wire whisk until smooth.
Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.).

Evenly divide the turkey over 4 slices of bread

Reduce heat; cover
Saute onion and celery in small amount of butter.
Add to cornbread and white bread which have been crumbled together.
Add seasonings and mix thoroughly.
Add boiled eggs and turkey broth and stir well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 325F oven for one hour or until light brown.
Slice up onions and satuee them in butter until dark and carmalized.
Set aside and allow to cool for 3 minutes.
While onions are cooler remove turkey from wrapping and put in a large bowl.
Add either 2 whole eggs or 4 egg whites. Add ranch powder. Add Pepper.
Mix and then add in onions when cool and mix again.
Will be gooey, cook on foil then freeze or freeze them raw and cook later.
I cook these on foil at 425 in the oven until brown. Maybe 10 minutes or so max in a convection oven.
1. Slice the roll in half then very lightly brown in the toaster oven ( set the oven on \"toast\" and watch).
2. Place one slice of swiss on top of each roll half then put back in the toaster oven. Toast until the cheese is just melting and bubbly.
3. Remove the halves and fold 2 slices of turkey onto each side.
4. Top turkey with mayo and any other fixings. Place the two halves together to form a sandwich.
5. Squash down sandwich and cut into 2 pieces.
Cut out a v shape in the top of each hoagie roll and save the piece that you cut out.
Press down inside the roll to make it look like a canoe.
Put a couple of slices of turkey in the bottom of each.
Top with 2 slices of bacon.
Sprinkle or lay monterey jack cheese on top.
Sprinkle some sharp cheddar on each.
Put the top back on each hoagie and bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
When done I take the top off and add a little mayonnaise.
Top each half of English muffin with turkey and tomato slices. Top with cheese slice.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake until cheese is melted.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
Toast bread till crispy and delightful in the toaster.
Pull apart strands of cheese and lay over toasted whole wheat bread.
Lay slice of turkey on top of the cheese bed.
Put your broiler up to high and place the sandwich on the rack near the top of the oven.
Broil for around 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden bubbly.
Add paprika or other random spice or seasoning of your choice and enjoy ^.^.
