You may use your own stuffing recipe or use Stove Top Stuffing.
I usually add 6 or 8 slices of bread to 1 box of Stove Top.
Mix in a separate bowl; set aside.
Cut each roll lengthwise into 2 halves.
Spread mayonnaise on 1/2 of each roll.
Place 3 slices of cooked turkey bacon over the mayonnaise.
Place tomato slices and lettuce over the turkey bacon. Serve open-faced or as a closed sandwich.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Cook turkey bacon according to package, let cool.
Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Overlap 2 of the tortillas in the bottom of the pan. Cut the third in half and cover the rest of the pan to form the crust.
In large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and sour cream. Beat well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place pie crust in pie pan, and prebake it for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Cook chopped turkey bacon and red onion until carmelized in frying pan, and place in separate dish.
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and seasonings in mixing bowl. Add the onions and bacon, and pour into prebaked pie crust. (Note: pie crust does not have to be browned,only a little hardened.).
Place the sliced tomatoes on top, one by one, all around until the top is covered.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted is 'clean'.
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and give it a spray of cooking spray(PAM).
Lay the bacon out on the sheet making sure not to overlap. (you may need to make 2 batches).
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Put into oven for 12 minutes and then start watching until it gets as crisp as you like.
I leave it in for around 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and put the bacon on a plate covered with paper towels to drain.

Pre-heat panini grill to medium-high. Warm leftover turkey and stuffing in the microwave.
Butter 1 side of each slice of bread, lay butter-side down on your work surface.
On one slice of bread, layer ingredients in the following order: 1 slice cheese, turkey, stuffing, black pepper (if desired), 1 slice cheese, top piece of bread, with buttered sides facing out.
