In a medium skillet, saute beef, onion and tomato.
In a saucepan, combine soup, cheese, chiles, and milk, and heat until cheese melts.
Layer the tortilla chips in the bottom of a greased casserole dish,.
Add meat mixture.
Top with melted cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Cook ground beef until done and drain.
Combine beans, seasonings, and tomato sauce in the skillet with the meat.
Stir and simmer it for a few minutes.
When hot, place in a 9\" by 13\" pan.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with tortilla chips.
Push some of the chips down into the meat mixture (but not all the chips as they will get soggy).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
We like to serve ours on a bed of lettuce. topped with salsa and sour cream.
Brown ground meat and season as desired.
Add soup and enchilada sauce.
Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
Pour over tortilla chips in a casserole dish.
Spread sour cream over mixture and top with cheese.
Brown the meat and onion; drain. Add salt, chili powder and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Butter a 9\" X 13\" casserole pan. Crush tortilla chips, place half of them on bottom of dish. Add meat sauce, then layer with sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and olives. Top with cheddar cheese, then remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix milk with soup until smooth.
Beat in egg until well blended.
Add rest of ingredients, beating well.
Pour over meat and chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the soups, tomatoes and green chile peppers and milk. Mix well until smooth. Layer a 9x13 inch baking dish with the tortilla chips, then the chicken, and then pour the soup mixture over.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with the cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Crush tortilla chips to make 1/4 cup.
Set aside.
Saute onion in butter until softened; set aside.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese and cumin in a small bowl.
Place a layer of chips in buttered 9-inch square dish; layer other ingredients, repeat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the taco seasoning mix and tortilla chip crumbs.
Roll chicken pieces in chip mixture and place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Spread broken tortilla chips in bottom of casserole dish. Pour chili over chips.
Top with cheese, onion, olives and/or peppers.
Bake until warmed through.
Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
Mix all ingredients together, using only half of crumbled tortilla chips.
Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cover top with remaining tortilla chips and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
You can make two and freeze one.
Layer tortilla chips in large casserole dish.
Top with half the chicken pieces.
Combine first six ingredients and pour half of mixture over chicken and chips.
Top with cheese. Repeat.
Heat in microwave or oven until cheese is melted.
Brown hamburg, onion and garlic over high heat, stirring. Drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in sour cream, taco sauce and tomato paste.
Heat completely.
