Tortilla Chip Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked cut up chicken
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 soup can chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (1/2 lb.) bag tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, using only half of crumbled tortilla chips.
    Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Cover top with remaining tortilla chips and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    You can make two and freeze one.
