Tortilla Chip Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover meat *
1 (6 oz.) bag nacho flavor tortilla chips
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can milk
1 egg
1 (4 oz.) can diced and drained green chilies
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 c. diced onion
Preparation

Layer meat, chips and onion in greased casserole (green onions look pretty).
Mix milk with soup until smooth.
Beat in egg until well blended.
Add rest of ingredients, beating well.
Pour over meat and chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
