Tortilla Chip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    tortilla chips (approximately 1/2 bag)
    Monterey Jack cheese (enough to top casserole)
    sour cream (8 oz.)
    green chilies and black olives (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and season as desired.
    Add soup and enchilada sauce.
    Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
    Pour over tortilla chips in a casserole dish.
    Spread sour cream over mixture and top with cheese.
