Place the water into the bread pan.
Sprinkle the sugar then the yeast over the water; allow the yeast to foam for 10 minutes.
Add in the melted butter, oil, flour and salt.
Select the BASIC or WHITE BREAD setting and press start.
Make White Bread recipe as instructed, except add the sugar and cinnamon to the milk mixture
Make the same as my white bread recipe, but substitute 6 cups whole wheat flour for 6 cups of the white flour.
Add the ingredients into the bread-machine in the order they appear above, so water first and seeds last.(You can buy seed mixes but I make up my own by buying small bags of each seed and mixing roughly equal quantities of each together in a tupperware box).
Put the machine on the normal white bread cycle. Make sure the dough looks smooth after the first mixing stage - if not add flour or water as required.
Sit back and relax. In 3-4 hours (depending on your bread machine) you will have a delicious and healthy bread.
Put into bread pan in the order suggested by your machine's manufacturer: Set the machine for the regular white bread cycle, and if you can adjust the darkness, you don't want this to get too dark.
If you prefer a softer crust, easier to slice for sandwiches, then as soon as you take it out of the pan, put it right into a large plastic bag, and close tightly.
The hot bread will steam the crust and make it very soft.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place the unsliced white bread loaf in a large oven safe serving dish. Cutting only about half way down the loaf, make 8 slices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, parsley, and 1/2 the extra virgin olive oil over loaf. Spread dried red chile peppers around base of bread.
Bake in the preheated oven approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted but not browned. Remove from oven and cover with remaining olive oil. Serve at once!

Remove the crusts from the bread and using a
tir in 2 cups of the flour; beat well.

Keep 1 cup of the flour out to use this flour to roll out dough with.
Combine lard,flour,baking powder,salt.
In a cup with fork slightly beat egg, vinegar and cold water to make up 1 cup of ingredients
Add egg, water and vinegar to flour mixture form a ball.
Do not overwork dough.
Please, refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour or 24 hrs {this freezes very well} before using for the best result.
Bake at 400 Degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350 until pastry is golden brown!
