Mix ranch dressing with mayo and milk in a jar and chill until salad is ready.
Brown and drain meat.
Add taco seasoning mix and follow instructions on package.
Put seasoned meat in a glass bowl, cover and chill about 20 min, stirring once.
Wash and cut lettuce.
Drain beans and olives.
Toss lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avacados, beans and olives in a large salad bowl.
Put about 2 cups salad mix into serving bowls and add 1/4 cup seasoned meat,a few pinches of cheese and top with crushed Doritos and 2 tbls ranch dressing.

For Taco Salad:

Add the tomato sauce and 1/2 can water; let cool.
Chop lettuce, tomatoes, crumbled nacho chips and Cheddar cheese.
Add cooled hamburg mixture.
Toss all together.
In a food processor, combine the chicken, creamy salad dressing, cole slaw dressing, celery, onion, and salt and pepper. Mix until well chopped.
Brown one pound ground hamburger with half of the diced onions and peppers in a skillet over medium high heat. When the hamburger is mostly done stir in the garlic and seasonings.
Crumble and divide the corn chips over the serving plates.
Top the corn chips with a layer of the finished taco meat, then a layer of shredded cheese, sour cream, the rest of the onions and peppers and some salsa or taco sauce of your preference, and enjoy.

Add all ingredients into a crock pot; simmer on high for 4 hours or simmer on stove top for 1hour.
When ready to serve, top with cheese and dip with tortilla chips.
Put all items into individual bowls.
Allow each person to build their own taco salad with the items above to their personal liking.

Brown in skillet the ground chuck and onion.
Remove from heat and stir in kidney beans and salt and pepper.
Combine in a large salad bowl the lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
Put meat and bean mixture in a bowl.
May use the Chili Tomato Sauce recipe or taco sauce of your choice.
Serve meat and bean mixture over salad mixture (individual servings).

Add the salsa, taco seasoning, green chilies, black olives and pimentos (drained well).
