Clara'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, cleaned and sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
1 can pinto or kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 avocado, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked
tortilla chips, crumbled for topping
Catalina salad dressing
Preparation

Put all items into individual bowls.
Allow each person to build their own taco salad with the items above to their personal liking.
The salad dressing is the best!
