Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of the oil, garlic and cloves in large bowl. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
For the apple cabbage salad, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook drained pork, in batches, until cooked through and browned on both sides. Serve with salad.
Open all cans and pour into large stew pot on meduim heat. (Also add in your one can of water).
In skillet cook up your turkey with a little water to keep moist. When its nearly cooked add your minced garlic and sliced onion. Cook until meat is done.
Drain meat and add to pot.

Put 1/2 of the shredded cabbage in greased casserole dish.
brown hamburger and onion, pour off grease.
Add rice,soup,water, and seasonings to hamburger mixture.
Put 1/2 mixture on top of cabbage in casserole dish.
Repeat with remaining cabbage and beef mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, top with cheese and bake for another 25-30 minutes.

Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor. Add the tahini, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and seven tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the cans. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the oil while it runs.
