For the Hamburger Helper, separate the pasta package
Fry sausage and hamburger together; drain good, then cut up cheese into chunks and let it melt into meat combination.
Stir it in good.
Put on Texas toast on sheet pan.
Put into 350\u00b0 oven and just let it brown (toast) slightly.
Watch closely.
Following package instructions cook beef and seasonings, but use only HALF of recommended water. Cook until no longer \"drippy\".
Spread sour cream among the four buns.
Place lettuce on bottom of each bun. Top with taco meat.
Top meat with onion, cheese, tomato, salsa.
Top with bun top.
I double the meat portion of this recipe and freeze half. Then just microwave for a second meal later on.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well incorporated.
Split into 4 1/4 lb balls and press to 1/3 in thickness (about 5 in diameter).
Grill until desired level of done (my fiance does this so I'm not sure of the times, but i think about 6 minutes on each side for medium).

Cook until the vegetables
and beans (I prefer the Texas beans and fresh pablano pepper
Cook hamburger meat until brown. Drain well and set aside. Saute onion in butter. Dice cheese and add to mixture. Add rotel, hamburger meat and jal. Mix well and serve.
Cook onions and pepper in 3 tablespoons oil.
Add hamburger and fry until hamburger falls apart.
Stir in rest of ingredients and put in electric frypan.
Cover and cook slow for 1 hour at 220\u00b0.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Mix the chili beans, corn, mixed vegetables, onion soup, salt, pepper and chili powder to drained hamburger.
Stir in extra water to desired thickness.
Brown hamburger and onion in skillet, drain off fat.
In deep casserole dish, combine hamburger, rice, tomatoes and salt; mix well.
Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cook pasta until tender.
Drain all cans of vegetables.
Dice bell pepper (use only the amount for your taste).

This recipe should be made up the day before you want to serve it.
Keep refrigerated until served.

Cook hamburger in skillet; drain hamburger.

Brown, rinse and drain hamburger, bell pepper and onion.
Pour and mix all ingredients (including hamburger, pepper and onion) into a 9 x 5-inch sheet pan.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotle pepper. Heat Texas toast on a foil-lined baking sheet according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook beef in batches over medium heat until no longer pink.
Layer warmed Texas toast with spinach, steaks, mayonnaise mixture, cheese and tomato. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Braise hamburger in roaster in oven.
Use enough water to leave broth to make gravy.
Cook until meat is done.
Stir and blend in 1 recipe roux.
Stir and blend in Pet milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown hamburger with onion and dry seasoning.
Line a large, deep pie pan with pastry crust.
Slice2 zucchini and alternate with layers of meat mixture into the pie crust.
Top with tomato slices.
If the tomatoes are not juicy and ripe, add a bit of tomato juice.
You may use an 8 ounce can of whole tomatoes sliced.
Top with pastry, cut a small hole and dust with pepper.
Bake in a 350'F.
If you are going to make this recipe crustless, you can make in a square baking pan.
This recipe freezes superbly.
Brown hamburger with green pepper, onion and garlic.
Add tomato sauce.
Put stewed tomatoes in blender, then add to hamburger.
Add chili powder to taste.
Boil noodles until done. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese, ending with cheese.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes total.
