S.O.S. Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    water
    1 recipe roux
    12 oz. can Pet milk (undiluted)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Braise hamburger in roaster in oven.
    Use enough water to leave broth to make gravy.
    Cook until meat is done.
    Stir and blend in 1 recipe roux.
    Stir and blend in Pet milk, salt and pepper to taste.
