Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and cook on stovetop with non-stick spray.
Serve warm with Ideal Confectionery (substitute powdered sugar), sugar free syrup or sugar-free jelly/jam!

Mock Danish(Sugar-Free)

In small round microwavable bowl that has been sprayed with PAM. Beat softened cream cheese with remaining ingredients, except jam. Then swirl in jam for a marbled effect. Microwave for 2 minutes on High. If still runny in the middle, microwave for an additional 20 seconds or so until set. Run a knife around the edge. Turn upside down onto plate and let cool slightly. Eat and enjoy!

Cream butter; add sugar. Add jam and egg yolks, stirring well. Alternate adding part of flour and milk, stirring after each addition until all is added. Beat egg whites until fluffy, then fold them into the cake batter. Cook in 3 (8-inch) cake pans at 325\u00b0 about 25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely before icing.
