3 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
7/8 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sugar-free torani syrup
98 g of quest multi-purpose protein powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Mix almond milk, sugar-free syrup, and protein powder in the blender.
Stir in chia seeds and cinnamon (if desired).
Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate over night.
