Mock Danish(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 packs Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. sugar-free jam
Preparation
    In small round microwavable bowl that has been sprayed with PAM. Beat softened cream cheese with remaining ingredients, except jam. Then swirl in jam for a marbled effect. Microwave for 2 minutes on High. If still runny in the middle, microwave for an additional 20 seconds or so until set. Run a knife around the edge. Turn upside down onto plate and let cool slightly. Eat and enjoy!
