Rice Casserole

Brown sausage; drain.
Add celery, onions and green peppers to saute.
Reserve.
Boil 4 cups water with chicken soup mix.
(Half cup more if you like it sticky.)
Add Success rice (tear open envelopes and pour directly into water).
Boil until most of the soup has absorbed into rice.
Add sausage mixture and stir well, heating through.
May half recipe easily.

Cheesy Chili Success

Prepare Success rice according to directions.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat until cheese is melted. Stir to blend well.
Serve over hot rice.
Garnish with pepper or tomato if desired.

Zesty Rice Lasagna

In a large bowl, combine cooked Success rice, 1 egg and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
In another bowl, combine 1 egg, Mozzarella, Ricotta, 1/3 cup Parmesan and parsley.
In a large skillet, brown beef, stirring to break into bits; drain.
Add sauce and oregano; heat.
Evenly spread half rice mixture into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch greased baking dish.
Top with half cheese mixture and meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until hot.
Serves 8.

Ham And Rice Stir-Fry

Cook Success rice according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute onions and celery in oil until tender-crisp. Add mushrooms, peas, olives and Hormel chunk ham; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Push mixture aside in pan and scramble eggs.
Add rice and soy sauce.
Toss lightly with ham and rice mixture until completely heated.
Garnish with mandarin orange slices and celery leaves, if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Chicken And Wild Rice

Lightly grease two 9 x 13-inch pans.
Place chicken pieces in pans and set aside.
In a large deep pot, mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of water and place on low heat.
Pour in wild rice and Success rice; mix well.
Pour mixture over chicken in pans.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.

Broccoli And Rice Casserole

Wash and chop broccoli into bite size cubes.
Boil until partially done.
Boil one bag of Success rice.
Add broccoli, rice, soup and 2 well beaten eggs into casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.

Chipotle Copycat Lime Rice Recipe

In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat oil or butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
Add rice and lime juice, stir for 1 minute.
Add water and salt, bring to a full rolling boil.(Some people have had success with 1 cup of water, but when I've made it with 2 it worked for me).
At boiling, cover, turn down to simmer over low heat until rice is tender and the water is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Add in the cilantro and fluff rice with a fork.
