Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup (not instant)
    1 lb. sausage (hot or sage)
    2 envelopes Success rice
    1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add celery, onions and green peppers to saute.
    Reserve.
    Boil 4 cups water with chicken soup mix.
    (Half cup more if you like it sticky.)
    Add Success rice (tear open envelopes and pour directly into water).
    Boil until most of the soup has absorbed into rice.
    Add sausage mixture and stir well, heating through.
    May half recipe easily.
