Jenny Mayberry'S Success Oriented - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. each, finely chopped: celery, carrots and red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. dry ginger
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chopped green onions (optional)
    cooked shrimp (optional)
    diced chicken (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package.
    Preheat large skillet over high heat until very hot.
    Add oil and scrambled eggs.
    Add rice and vegetables; stir and toss to blend quickly.
    Add sesame oil, soy sauce and optional ingredients, if desired.
