Green Monster - Spinach Smoothie

Layer yogurt, banana, and blueberries in a blender, respectively. Add as much spinach to blender that will fit; pour in water. Blend on high speed until smooth, adding the remaining spinach if needed. Add ice for a colder and thicker smoothie. Add more water for a thinner smoothie.

Kiwi, Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie

Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for each smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze. They can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months!
Remove from freezer and pour right into the blender along with the milk. Blend until smooth, and add more milk if needed.
Enjoy!

Lemony'S Ugly But Awesome Spinach Smoothie

Peel and slice fruit.
Blend in blender until reasonably smooth.
If you find the granny smith and spinach are too tart add some maple syrup or sweetener to taste.
A Golden Delicious apple can be substituted for the Granny Smith. (I prefer to use a Golden, myself).
I used spinach (can be fresh or frozen) but arugula or kale would also work. The amount is approximate.

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Combine the frozen blueberries, yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, and flax seed in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. This prevents toppings from sinking.
Remove smoothie bowl from freezer, garnish as desired.
Enjoy immediately.

Keto Avocado-Spinach Smoothie

Combine coconut milk, water, ice cubes, avocado, spinach, erythritol, MCT oil, and vanilla powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Protein Packed Spinach Smoothie

Place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries, respectively, in a blender; pour in apple juice. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.

Healthy Berry And Spinach Smoothie

Blend berries, yogurt, orange juice, spinach, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.

Banana, Avocado, And Spinach Smoothie

Blend bananas, rice milk, yoghurt and honey until all are well mixed. Add the spinach and mint leaves and blend until smooth. Adjust with more or less rice milk depending on how thick you would like the smoothie to be.
Decorate with a few extra mint leaves on top and break a pecan nut into small pieces, sprinkling it over for added flavour!

NOTES: For a thick smoothie, use 1/4 cup orange juice. To thin, just add a little more to get the consistency you like. Also, you do need to use a ripe mango. A not-quite-ripe firm one will not yield a very smooth smoothie!

Real Simple'S Lemon Spinach

Combine all except spinach in pan.
Bring to a simmer.
Add spinach in batches and cook until just wilted.
Drain
Serve.
If you have left overs use the spinach for other recipes.

Combine spinach, 1 cup orange juice, peaches, pineapple, 1 halved banana, and green tea powder in a blender; blend until combined. Pour smoothie into a glass.
Rinse out the blender.
Combine 1 cup orange juice, raspberries, strawberries, and 1 halved banana in the blender; blend until combined. Pour berry smoothie into a separate glass.
Combine smoothies by pouring them at the same time from opposite sides of the serving glass.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place prepared crust on pizza pan.
Spread spinach dip over entire crust.
Sprinkle with water chestnuts if the spinach dip does not already contain them.
If you can't find a good spinach dip in your local grocery deli there are many fine recipes here on Zaar.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 10- 12 minutes until cheese and dip are bubbly and slightly browned.
Cool a few minutes before cutting.
Cut into wedges for lunch or dinner or cut into squares to use as an appetizer.
