Very lightly spray pam on pizza crust, or spread 1-2 teaspoons olive oil on crust.
Spread the baby spinach leaves over the crust in a single layer, to within 1/2\" of the edge.
Spread the mushrooms on the spinach leaves.
Sprinkle the onions over mushrooms and spinach.
Spread the cheese over the vegetables.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 425 15-18 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.

Grease generously a deep 10-inch pie pan.
Mix pizza crust mix with water according to package directions.
After dough rests for 5 minutes, press into prepared pan and flute edges.
Bake crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle crust with bacon and cheese. Combine cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour over bacon and cheese. Return to oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Mix olive oil and minced garlic in small bowl. Using pastry brush, brush 2 tablespoons garlic oil evenly over crust. Top with spinach leaves, then sprinkle with sliced mushrooms, roasted red peppers, red onion slices, fresh basil, and crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle pizza evenly with remaining garlic oil.
Bake pizza until crust is crisp and cheese begins to brown, about 18 minutes. Transfer pizza to board. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

To bake in oven:
Preheat oven AND pizza stone at 425\u00b0F for one hour.
Spread BBQ sauce on pizza dough.
Top with diced chicken breast and jalapenos.
Arrange onions on top.
Sprinkle cilantro over pizza.
Cover with grated mozzarella.
Place in preheat oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and sesame oil. Brush onto pre-baked pizza crust, covering entire surface. Stack the spinach leaves, then cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips; scatter evenly over crust. Cover pizza with shredded mozzarella, and top with sliced mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
Mix olive oil and garlic in small microwavable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds.
