Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust
    3 cups roasted spaghetti squash
    1 egg, beaten
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 tablespoon italian seasoning
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    Possible Toppings
    tomato sauce (optional)
    mozzarella cheese (optional)
    pepperoni (optional)
    basil (optional)
Preparation
    Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
    Squeeze liquid from the spaghetti squash and add to a bowl. Add remaining spaghetti squash pizza crust ingredients and mix with a fork until combined.
    Dump the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Dampen hands to prevent sticking and shape into a 9\" circle about 1/4-inch thick.
    Transfer the crust on the parchment to the pizza stone and bake 15-20 minutes until browned around edges.
