Tofu Special K Meat Loaf

Blend tofu until smooth in blender or food processor.
Mix all ingredients together in a very large bowl, adding cereal last. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, lightly sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and crispy (may take longer than regular Special K Meat Loaf).
There is very little difference in using tofu, surprisingly!
The main difference is the texture may be softer compared to the regular recipes crispness.

Special K Bars

Combine corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a large pot until mixture is a liquid. Add Special K to the pot. Coat Special K in the pot until everything looks evenly coated. Remove from heat and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Level bars. In a microwavable bowl add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave for a minute and a half. Take out and stir. Keep microwaving until chocolate is smooth. Pour over bars and spread chocolate to desired thickness. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard or set out overnight.

Special K Bars

Mix Special K and coconut.
Mix Karo syrup and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add peanut butter. Pour this over Special K.
Spread on cookie sheet. Do not grease pan. Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Spread over top.
They freeze nicely.

Grease a mixing bowl.
Put Special K in it.
Bring sugar and Karo to boiling point.
Blend in peanut butter.
Pour over Special K; mix well.
Press into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool.
Melt the chocolate chips, adding a little milk, if needed.
Spread over mixture.

Put 5 cups Special K into a bowl.
Mix syrup and sugar in a pan; bring slowly to 30 second boil.
Remove from stove.
Add peanut butter.
Pour over Special K.
Shape size desired or put by tablespoon onto wax paper.

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Blend butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients, together with 1 cup Special K. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in remaining Special K. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Bring sugar and Karo syrup to boiling in saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Blend well.
Add Special K. Press mixture down firmly into a cake pan.
Melt both kinds of chips and milk.
Blend and pour over Special K mix.

Mix together in a large bowl,flour,soda and salt.
In a medium bowl beat together butter,sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Put sugar, syrup and peanut butter in heavy pan.
Bring to the boiling point.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and the Special K cereal. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Cut when cool.

Special K Bars

Bring to boil the white sugar and white syrup; add peanut butter and Special K cereal.
Spread on buttered 11 x 16-inch cookie sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread on top of mixture on sheet.

Combine sugar and Karo syrup in pot and bring to boil.
Be very careful not to burn, helps to keep stirring.
Take off stove; stir in peanut butter, then add Special K. Mix well and spread evenly in greased pan or dish (14 x 9-inch works real good).
Sprinkle both types of chips on top and top broil in oven just to slightly melt chips.
Remove and let cool.
Cut and serve.

Special K Treats

Bring Karo syrup and sugar to a boil.
Add the peanut butter until melted.
Add the Special K cereal until mixed in well. Spread into a buttered dish to cool.
Cut into squares, when cool.

Special "K" Cookies

Melt together sugar, Karo syrup and peanut butter but don't boil.
Add mixture to Special \"K\" in large bowl.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with powdered sugar.
Spread over hot bars. Cut into squares when cool.

Special K Cookies

Mix sugar and syrup in a pan and cook on medium-low heat until mixture begins to bubble around the edge of pan.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of peanut butter.
Pour over 6 cups of Special K.

Peanut Butter And Special K Treats

Mix sugar and Karo and heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over Special K; mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper or foil.

Special "K" Treats

Heat first 3 ingredients until sugar is dissolved; then add Special K cereal, 2 cups at a time, and stir gently.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then melt the last ingredients.
Pour over treats and let set at least 10 minutes.
Cut into desired pieces.

Special K Cookies (Unbaked)

Bring sugar and syrup to boil in large saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix in Special K.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper; work fast.
Set in pan of warm water if it thickens too fast.

Special 'K' Cookies

Bring sugar and white Karo syrup to boil; let boil 1 to 2 minutes.
To boiled mixture, add peanut butter; mix well.
Pour mixture over Special K cereal.
Mix and press into a 12 x 16-inch pan.

No Bake "Special K" Cookies

Bring margarine, sugar and Karo to a full rolling boil for 1 minute.
Remove; stir in peanut butter.
Let cool.
Stir in the Special K and peanuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.

Special K Bars

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil; remove from heat and add peanut butter and Special K.
Mix well.
Butter hands lightly and press mixture firmly into large buttered cookie sheet.
Melt chips and spread over top for frosting.
Yields 24 bars.
