Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt together sugar, Karo syrup and peanut butter but don't boil.
Add mixture to Special \"K\" in large bowl.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with powdered sugar.
Spread over hot bars. Cut into squares when cool.
