Italian Cream Cheese Fruit Filled Crescent Cookies

Mix everything, except fruit filings, in one bowl, adding first 3 cups of flour, then the fourth cup as needed.
Dough should be slightly sticky.
Separate into 6 balls, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Work with 1 ball at a time.
Roll out (like pizza).
Spread 1/2 can Solo filling over entire surface. Cut into 4 sections.
Cut each section in four; roll as crescent shapes (wide end to tip).
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Cool.
Sprinkle on powdered sugar.

Prepare desired filling (recipes follows); set aside.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour and salt.
