Crush 1/2 cup of the corn chips and reserve for top. In a medium bowl, combine remaining corn chips, Ready Hamburger Mix, chili, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Pour into prepared casserole.
Bake about 20 minutes, until heated through.
Remove from heat.
Spread sour cream on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and reserved crushed corn chips.
Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.

Brown ground beef and drain off fat; add enchilada mix according to package directions.
In small amount of oil, quickly fry tortillas, just enough to soften.

Crumble ground turkey into a Dutch oven over medium heat; cook and stir until turkey is browned, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
Stir chicken base and boiling water together in a bowl until base is dissolved; pour over cooked ground turkey. Add Great Northern beans, enchilada sauce, green chiles, chopped onion, granulated garlic, cumin, and oregano; stir well. Simmer until flavors have blended, about 1 hour. Spoon chili into bowls.
Combine cilantro and diced onion in a bowl; sprinkle over chili for serving.

Mix soup with enchilada sauce and water until well

2. Coat bottom of a 9X9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Brown beef and onions in microwave on High for 4 minutes. Drain if necessary.
Stir to crumble meat.
Add enchilada sauce and soups.
In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, except cheese.
Microwave on Medium about 20 minutes or until heated through.
Top with grated cheese and let stand until melted.
Simmer hamburger meat, green chilies, soups and enchilada sauce for a few minutes.
Crush Doritos in bottom of dish.
Dish sauce on top.
Sprinkle cheeses on top.
Put in oven until cheeses melt.
Serve.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, mix chicken, sugar, salsa, enchilada sauce and corn.
Place tortilla chips in an ungreased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Top with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
If desired, arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of dish.
Whisk until blended.
Add enchilada sauce, cheese and spices to
Lay pork chops in baking dish and cover with the enchilada sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
After 20 min with chops in the oven, turn them in the sauce and bake 10 more minutes.
Turn off the oven and remove baked and coated chops from the dish and place on a platter.
Cover with finely chopped onions and shredded cheese and put them back into the warm oven just to melt cheese.
Serve and enjoy.

In skillet, brown meat until done, drain.
Stir in milk, soups, onion, green chiles and enchilada sauce.
In the baking dish, spread a little of the sauce on the bottom.
Layer 1/2 of the tortillas, meat mix then cheese, repeat.
Finish with cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly!
