Prepare Basic Crepes recipe according to recipe directions. Separate with wax paper

In a double Old Fashioned glass combine mint and syrup, mashing mint with the back of a spoon to release flavor. Add remaining ingredients and enough ice to fill glass. Transfer mixture to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Serve drink in double Old Fashioned glass.
Simple Syrup recipe: In a saucepan, bring 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil, stirring, and boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool syrup completely. Syrup keeps, covered and chilled, for 2 months. Makes about 2 cups.

Method: Sift flour and
Crepes -- I won't go through the whole recipe here, but you can
hipped cream.
Fill cooked crepes, roll into cylinders, and
nutmeg and pepper.
Arrange crepes (recipe follows) on a work surface
Mix the batter well by a whisk or blender, then let it rest 2 hours before use.
Make crepes in a crepe pan or skillet the size you like.
I make 6-inch crepes for this fruit recipe.

Chop the mushroom stems
Mix together milk, eggs, oil and sugar.
Add flour until combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet on high. Remove from heat, pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet, turn pan to spread batter.
When crepe is dry on top, overturn onto paper towels.
Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup, anything! If you want savory crepes, just omit the sugar in the recipe.
If using cornmeal in this recipe, whirl in a clean, dry
inute.
Repeat until all crepes are done.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 10x7 inch baking dish.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, or until browned. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce over base of prepared dish. Arrange crepes on a clean work surface. Place sausages along center of crepes then roll up to enclose sausages. Place, seam-side down, in prepared dish. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 30 mins, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 5 mins. Serve with salad.
