Fresh Fruit Crepes(A Memorable, Elegant Dessert!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 egg yolk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or light oil
    cognac is always used by the French, yet optional
Preparation
    Mix the batter well by a whisk or blender, then let it rest 2 hours before use.
    Make crepes in a crepe pan or skillet the size you like.
    I make 6-inch crepes for this fruit recipe.
