Sausage Crêpes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
8 None beef and herb sausages
1 (13.5 oz) jar tomato pasta sauce
8 None French-style crepes
4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 10x7 inch baking dish.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, or until browned. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce over base of prepared dish. Arrange crepes on a clean work surface. Place sausages along center of crepes then roll up to enclose sausages. Place, seam-side down, in prepared dish. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 30 mins, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 5 mins. Serve with salad.
