Amish Friendship Cake Initial STARTER:
Day 1-
Mix cake mix, pudding, milk, oil and eggs. Set aside. Combine sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon. Alternate cake batter with filling mixture in well-greased tube pan. Alternate layers, beginning and ending with batter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.

Mix box cake mix using milk instead of water plus 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add 1/2 package coconut and bake according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan.
When done, punch holes in cake with fork. Mix 1/2 cup evaporated milk with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon sugar and pour over cake while hot.
Top with Cool Whip and coconut (1/2 package).
Follow directions on cake box, using milk in place of water. Prepare cake one day ahead and freeze overnight. Defrost and frost with icing.
Bake cake mix, using milk instead of water and vanilla.
Bake in two layers.
Let cool and slice in two, making 4 layers.
Bake cake by directions.
Add sugar to taste.
Punch holes in cool cake; pour coconut milk in holes in cake.
Mix all ingredients together until thick. Place in refrigerator until it sets. Spread filling on cake & layer. *Note, cake MUST be completely cooled*.
You can also put sliced peaches or bananas on top of filling before sealing with the cake. This filling makes cakes so tasty! Be sure to use imagination with pudding & cake flavors and enjoy! Just Remember, this filling is milk and heavy cream based so you must keep cool and/or refrigerated.
