Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix (use milk instead of water plus 1 tsp. vanilla in cake mix)
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix box cake mix using milk instead of water plus 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Add 1/2 package coconut and bake according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    When done, punch holes in cake with fork. Mix 1/2 cup evaporated milk with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon sugar and pour over cake while hot.
    Top with Cool Whip and coconut (1/2 package).
