Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
Mix in applesauce, flour, onion, and caraway seeds.
Place half of this mixture in the bottom of your crock pot (I use a 2 quart for this).
Place sweet morsel in crock pot. Put remaining sauerkraut mixture on top.
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.

saute onion and garlic in the 2 tbsp of olive oil til soft

saute pork cubes, in batches, in olive oil til browned.

Remove roast from freezer.
Remove all wrappings.
Place in a crock pot, fat side up.
Pour water over just to cover half of roast.
Add seasonings.
Put lid on crock pot and turn on low.
After 7 hours add sauerkraut around the sides.
(If you desire to brown remove from crock pot at this point and place in oven at 350).
Ready to eat after sauerkraut is heated through.
Rinse the meat under cold water and dry on paper towels.
Mix together the sauerkraut, plums, mustard, Ketjap Manis and hotsauce.
Place half the kraut mixture in the bottom of the crock pot, then put in the corned beef and top with remaining kraut mixture.
Turn crock Pot to low and cook for 7 hours,.
Slice and serve with grainy mustard and hot sauce on the side.
Wash & drain Sauerkraut in colander.
Put in slow cooker with rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove bone & cut of any bits of meat that remain on it. Add back to crock pot.
Place sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and turkey kielbasa in crock pot.
Set on low for 6-8 hours.
1. Brown roast in frying pan.
2. After browning put roast in crock pot.
3. Drain half the brine off the sauerkraut and pour sauerkraut over the roast.
4. Core apple and slice thinly. Put on top of sauerkraut.
5. Peel and chop onion and place on top of the rest.

6. Pour beer over the top.
7. Cook on high for 5 hours or low all day until roast is tender.
Salt & pepper to taste as some sauerkraut is salty.
I serve with mashed potatoes and a veg.
Prepare the crock of a five-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Season roast with salt and pepper; lay in the prepared slow cooker crock.
Spread sauerkraut over and around the roast. Pour beer over the sauerkraut. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the sauerkraut; top with onion and dot with butter. Season everything with salt and pepper.
Cook on Low for 8 hours.
In a skillet, melt butter, saute onions and apples until onions are translucent.
Meanwhile rinse and drain sauerkraut; place in a large crock pot.
Stir ketchup, dill and onion-apple mixture into sauerkraut.
Slice Kielbasa into 2-inch rounds.
Stir Kielbasa into sauerkraut.
Cook on low setting for 7-9 hours. (Cooking time may vary based on the brand and age of your crock pot. I still use an old one that takes 7-9 hours for cooking this recipe.).
Place sauerkraut in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart crock pot. Trim fat from meat. If need be, trim the meat to fit in crock pot.
Lightly sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Spread mustard over meat and place the meat on top of the sauerkraut. Pour beer over the meat.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Transfer meat to cutting board. Cool slightly. Slice meat, discarding fat, and serve.
Turn slow cooker to high.
Mix envelope of soup mix with 3/4 cup of hot tap water.
Pour this strong soup mix in the crock. Trim roast of external fat and cut it into large chunks.
Place in crock.
Rinse and drain sauerkraut twice.
Add to the crock.
Mix the brown sugar into the applesauce and pour over the pork and sauerkraut.
Cover and cook on high for about 5 hours or until the pork is fall-apart tender.

Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, 1/2 of the onion slices, sprinkle 1/2 of the caraway seeds and 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of the crock pot.
Brown (optional) the roast on top of the stove and place on top.
Layer the remaining ingredients (including the juice from sauerkraut).
Wash and pierce potatoes once and arrange around the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Fry bacon until crisp and set aside. In same pan with bacon grease, cook onion until tender and translucent.
In crock pot, add sausage, onions, garlic powder, sauerkraut, noodles, soup, and mushrooms. Stir gently until mixed while adding salt and pepper to taste.
Crumble bacon and layer on top of mixture in crock pot.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours stirring occasionally.
Place pork loin in crock pot. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and black pepper.
Place diced apple (or applesauce) on top of pork.
Pour sauerkraut and juice on top.
Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the sauerkraut.
Drizzle the top with melted butter.
Cook on low for about 8 hours or until pork reaches internal temp of at least 160 degrees F.
Stir the sauerkraut around a bit before serving.

In the bottom of the crock-pot, cook sauerkraut and sausage until sausage is cooked throughout.
Note:
You may need to drain some juice off your sauerkraut depending on whether or not it is vacuum packed.
Layer mashed potatoes over sauerkraut and sausage. Then add cheese and bread crumbs and cook until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes on low.
