Pork And Sauerkraut Dinner(Easy Dinner For A Busy Day) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork roast
    16 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 generous Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Turn slow cooker to high.
    Mix envelope of soup mix with 3/4 cup of hot tap water.
    Pour this strong soup mix in the crock. Trim roast of external fat and cut it into large chunks.
    Place in crock.
    Rinse and drain sauerkraut twice.
    Add to the crock.
    Mix the brown sugar into the applesauce and pour over the pork and sauerkraut.
    Cover and cook on high for about 5 hours or until the pork is fall-apart tender.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
