Microwave Peanut Clusters

Put in a 1 1/2-quart glass pan the almond bark, milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Melt in microwave on High for 3 1/2 minutes.
Add salted dry roasted peanuts to the chocolate mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let cool.
Makes a large batch (about 60).
Half a recipe may be made.
Simple and delicious!

Salted Nut Rolls

Melt and stir peanut butter chips and butter in microwave or over low heat.
Add sweetened condensed milk and miniature marshmallows.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pour 8 ounces of the dry roasted peanuts in bottom of pan.
Pat mixture over nuts.
Top with 8 ounces of dry roasted peanuts.

Salted Nut Rolls

Cream the marshmallow cream and vanilla together.
Blend in the powdered sugar.
Begin blending with mixer, then work in with hands until all the sugar is blended in.
Shape into rolls 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches long.
Freeze rolls 2 to 3 hours until frozen hard. Melt the caramels with the cream.
Dip rolls in caramel and then in chopped dry roasted peanuts.
Lay out on a tray and freeze.
After they are frozen, put into a large plastic bag and keep frozen until you need them.

Kale Salad With Peanut Dressing

Whisk peanut oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, dry mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, water, and sesame oil together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.
Combine kale, chopped peanuts, Parmesan cheese, dry-roasted peanuts, cilantro, and mint leaves together in a bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Let salad sit for a few minutes for flavors to blend.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle one jar of dry roasted peanuts into bottom of pan.
In saucepan, melt the margarine.

Hawaiian Broccoli Slaw

In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, mayonnaise, lime juice and chili paste.
Stir in the pineapple and broccoli slaw.
Allow to chill at least an hour for the flavors to blend.
Top with dry roasted peanuts and enjoy.

Preheat oil in deep fryer or saucepan.
Fry the peanuts until golden, about 1 minute.
Drain and season with cayenne and salt to taste.
