Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix in large glass bowl the sugar and corn syrup; cook on High for 5 minutes in microwave.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until brown.
    Add vanilla, butter and soda; mix until foamy and spread on cookie sheet until cool, then break up.
